That’s a whole other thread. My ONLY two weeks in the US are planned around football season so I can take the little guy to a Bears game (oh, and so we can see family…) but if there’s no Bears… Could you imagine? Fall would just be a period of everything dying or going to hibernate in preparation for winter. There would be nothing to do on Sundays except whatever the wife tells you to do. Surely this calls for an act of congress or something.
Real football takes place on Saturdays, anyways 
But the NFL doesn’t really play Saturday games until late in the season

Tubercle wants to apologize for poking fun at the Cubs. They were close; Oh!, so close. I watched the reply of that infamous inning on youtube and being the baseball fanatic I am, my heart went out to them. And I think Bartman is truly repentant and he only did what any fan would have done in that situation. I would hate to be living his life. Tubercle’s not going to mention this incident again.

It was a blast except for Blanton giving up 4 runs in the 4th but the relief really held up. Thank God!
