Merry Christmas to all.....

On the eve of Christmas I feel compelled to say this:

We all come from different backgrounds, professions, areas, etc.

We all enjoy much overlap in our beer tastes. We also are diverse enough to like some styles and not others. Some are diehard German Lager fans, devoted Belgian Ale fiends, adoring English beer freaks, and some are voracious consumers of the American style of bitter beers.

The people here don’t always agree. Different processes for different people, different preferences on ingredients and at times dogmatic reverence for what they have always done. All are smart and humble enough to take advice from their fellow forum members.

At the end of the day people come here to have a virtual “meeting of the minds” about their favorite hobby. They come here to share their experiences in order to help others. They come here for the good times.

Merry Christmas to all of you. Thanks for all the great advice and help.

I couldn’t say it better!  Thank you.  Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays to all of you.

Merry Christmas!

Merry Christmas and cheers to everybody for making this forum the best, most entertaining one on the net ! We’re all better for the collective knowledge and info here.

I consider that pretty high praise coming from you Denny!

Did you brew up more NOTI Brown yet?

Hear, hear!

Hope you all have a relaxing day. I’m on the clock for another 4 hours and the wife and I will be spending the entire weekend packing. Oh so much fun.

Merry Christmas to all from balmy Marco Island, Fla. We only have a little more time here, then back to more wintery, Christmas like weather in Indiana

Enjoy ! Not very wintery here - it’s 56F today. We had a tornado here yesterday. Weirdest Christmas weather ever.

Merry Christmas to all from balmy Louisiana.  Mid-70s and humid here today.  If I hadn’t lived here forever I might be thinking this was unusual (it happens every few years, but nobody seems to remember when it does).

Merry Christmas folks!

It was 70 deg in Syracuse today!

I’ve lived in NY all my life and have never experienced this.

73 today in Richmond VA…merry Christmas my friends!!

We need a forum Christmas song!

Well call it “I’m Dreaming of a Balmy Christmas”

Here here! Jacksonville is balmy. Tough to feel like Christmas!

Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays dudes.

Very Merry Christmas everyone!

My wife gave me Drew’s cider book and Radical Brewing. The cider book is so I can make her more ciders.

That’s a great cider book. My wife got it for me for the same reason a year or two ago.

Edit -  I’d made cider for years already but the book gave me some good info (and recipes).

Very well said and from sunny, balmy for December, Chicago, Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
