Methods to darken beer

I recently brewed a black IPA.  I substituted Patagonia Black Pearl for Briess Black Prinz.  Now that it is fermenting it looks more brown than black.  Is there a way to darken it up post fermentation?

I was thinking of cold steeping 2-3 oz of carafa III in boiled water and adding it to secondary.

Sinimar. Add it directly at packaging.

Yup, Sinimar.  Most online brew suppliers will have it.  Cheap and organic I think.  Weyermann makes it IIRC.

I use midnight wheat and carafa III in mine.
