You should really consider a little area you can put a small window ac unit in, to ferment. That’s a must for any home brewery IMO.

The “fermentorium” is well worth the dedicated space and cost of electricity. Plus it’s a great place to hang out during the dog days of summer. Cool air and the aroma of fermentation are hard to beat!
perhaps in the future. for now the chest freezer will have to suffice.
That is a good start Paul. The sink and drain are things that you will appreciate in the future.
