Hoods up
Nice. That is so the way to do it.
Jesus, man! Sparing no expense I see… ![]()
hehe - yeah - do it right the first time so to speak - I hope to be in this house a long time.
believe it or not, I got the hood, sink and faucet for what I thought was a pretty reasonable price.
Good for you Paul. I dream of having a dedicated brewery so I can brew much more often. And having tasted your beer, I know it will go to good use.
thanks pete! its been a long time dream, and its nice to see it finally come together. hoping to finish trimming it out this weekend, and maybe, just maybe brew the inaugural batch the weekend following - its been 4 months since I brewed and I am jonesing!
Paul,
I grew up in Milwaukee in the 50’s and there was a Blatz brewery. Any connection? Is this the rebirth of Blatz beer? I don’t know if it was good. I was too young to drink beer.
supposedly, very distant, yes.
My Blatz beer is a LOT better than the commercial Blatz beer. But you can only get it at my home, and its only made 10gal at a time…
A few odds and ends still to do (like ceiling fan) but it’s pretty much done and ready for brewing tomorrow morning:
Damn, Paul. That is amazing! You’re the envy of most of the brewers here. Kudos!
Looks fantastic Paul! Great work. When can you make it up to my place for an overhaul? I have floor drains in my garage…!
Lol! Pay in beer?
Obviously. I would offer up my wife, but I don’t think she would like that.
Congrats and good luck!
Looking good… Keep the EtOH going.
Nice looking place. Good to see it finally come to fruition.
Got to say, I’m more than a little jealous of your setup. Looks fantastic.
Indeed! Nothing to add to that!
