Good to know. I hate to complain about volunteers judging, but I was a little annoyed last year when two non-BJCP judges said my straight lambic needed more “funk”. Really? Have you read the guidelines?
Anyway, I know how huge an undertaking this is. Looking forward to this year being the biggest comp yet!

Got my entries into Portland. Looks like Portland will be full before dinner time PST. Almost 700 already, unbelievable.
And Portland is full. 5,500 entries overall in just over 8 hours.

I’m really not surprised by this. Being that NHC sold out in a week, I expected the comp to sell out in a similar fashion. Our hobby is going through a growth spurt.
