Does anyone know when the 2013 competition certificates will be mailed?  I would have assumed they would have arrived by now.

There was a hangup getting materials back to CO from Philly.  I think Janis was mailing them out last week.

Certificates?  We got those after the first round, didn’t we?

I got my Final Round scoresheets today, FWIW.

I didn’t get certificates after the first round. but I DID get 6 CERTFICATES!

They were downloadable from the competition site for first round. is the same true for finals?

Thanks for entering the competition!

The letter and the certificates are both downloads.  Go to www.brewingcompetition.com, and click on the link for your First Round competition.  Log in to your record in the competition and the links for the letter and certificate will be right above the Entry Table on your My Info & Entries page.

Hi,

Yes, the same is more or less true for the Final Round.  There are no certificates awarded in the Final Round, but if you log in to your account, there is a link for a downloadable letter, and if your entry placed, there will also be a Press Release.

The last of the score sheets from the Final Round are being mailed this week (August 5 and 6).

Should I be worried that I haven’t gotten my score sheet back yet for the final round?  A friend of mine from my town got his a couple weeks ago…

Hi,

I have received a couple of returned envelopes because the address in the NHC competition database was out of date, or incorrect, etc.  I looked up the AHA members in our database, fixed the address problem and re-sent the score sheets.  The last of these went out last week.  If you still haven’t received your score sheets, please e-mail me at janis@brewersassociation.org and we can figure out what happened.  Thanks!
