Nitrogen pouring

I have the equipment for nitrogen pouring.  After carbonating a stout I have had it under nitrogen pressure for two days and I am still not getting a creamy head.  Temp is 38, pressure set at 35.  Do I just need to be more patient and wait a few more days?

Do you have the special stout faucet… with diffuser installed?

Did you nitrogenate with beer gas? You still need some CO2 in your beer. 70/30 Nitrogen/CO2. It takes about a week to nitrogenate your beer thru beer out port.

I do have the special tap.  I will give it longer.  I did carbonate it with regular CO2 for a few days.  It was should of stopped at 1.8 with the given temp and pressure.
