Hi all, I’m just trying to come up with a figure for the Non-AHA member homebrewing population, out of curiosity.

Of all your brewing buddies, how many are NOT AHA members?

Maybe a percentage would give you a better idea?  Seems you could get some sort of wide area average percentage and then bounce that against the AHA membership number to get a total for non-AHA homebrewers.

Numbers as estimated against the AHA’s own numbers

750k homebrewers in the US (aka, they’ve picked up a kit in the past year)
~25k members of the AHA.

We have a long way to go.

Yeah, that’s the route I’m trying to go down, maybe another poll in a few weeks would be warranted.
