funny you should ask…i just got in my wlp037 and got my grain bill together for brewing it up over the holidays. i am going to give 154F a shot and see how I like it. i never went to high in mash temp just because im leery of it turning out to sweet for my liking.  i will let you know in January when i sample it!

Thanks…I’ll probably target 150-152F. Planning to go with Irish Ale WLP004.
