The latest 31 Gallon FRANKENBREWERY

I actually have 3 “systems” here. I started out with this:

Then went to Coleman Coolers. One mash tun, one HLT, with the boil keg and burner from the above system.

Now I have a commercial made Sabco system.

Space to store my system was key to its design.  At the time, I was doing five gallon batches.  I mash in a rectangular cooler.  Version 1.0 had one shelf for the cooler (slightly angled toward center to help with draining) and just barely accommodated a ten gallon megapot on the bottom (between the supports).  It stored in a 20" x 20" space.  When I upgraded to 10 gallon batches, I had to have the stand widened to 22" x 22" stowed.  I pushed the casters out for more stability, and added a second shelf.  The legs lock into place with pins, which also hold the shelves in place when stowed.  The burners are bayou classic banjo burners.  The pump through bolts to the stand.
