my question i’m finally going to bottle my cider, i was wondering if priming with maple syrup/brown sugar would add any flavor?
Should I jut use normal priming sugar and CO2 tablets?
I’ve primed with cider with priming sugar, maple syrup, and apple juice concentrate. All work. Maple syrup adds a tiny bit of flavor, but probably isn’t worth it if that is the only thing contributing maple flavor.
One certainly could use apple juice.
I’ve used cane sugar in the past and it works great.
