Probably been asked already...

I have come upon a travel credit through some unfortunate circumstances. I would like to travel somewhere I haven’t been before to use it but would like to do sort of a brewery tour/experience. California? Washington state? Oregon? Any other suggestions to make the most out of a couple of days away? City suggestions would be great They don’t have to be in those states just need ideas before June 1st. Thanks guys and gals!

Portland Oregon more breweries but I prefer Bend Oregon for the overall. If you are stuck with staying in one place.

Asheville, NC and you can thank me later.

I’m with Jim. Bend is my favorite beer city in the west. Portland, Seattle and San Diego are great, but none have the small town friendly atmosphere of Bend. And some great breweries too.

Denver Colorado. I haven’t been myself but I know people who have. I have also heard great things about Bend. Portland is… OK imo. I’d stay away from California. And I also think Albuquerque is pretty poppin.

I think it depends what you want to do besides breweries. Ex: Durango Colorado has like 9 breweries and a population of 15,000. In the summer you can go rafting.

Portland
San Diego County
Denver - breweries are great but are more spread out than other places

Denver is nuts.  Hundreds of breweries to choose from, which is great… if you don’t mind driving 30 minutes between each one.

We really like Portland, Hood River, Bend Oregon. Throw in Eugene if you have time.

I want to get back to the Bay area. Plenty of options.

Denver is fine. Plenty of breweries in LoDo and RiNo
It is speed out if you think Boulder, Longmont, Ft. Collins are Denver.

San Diego County is fine, but bigger than most think, you can spend a lot of time driving around

Asheville is good, food and scenery are tops.

Grand Rapids-Kalamazoo have much to offer.

ABQ and NM in general is a terrible destination. Stay away. Don’t ruin it for me, please.

I feel like ABQ is a desert gem not many people know about. Not a whole lot to do in Burque but the beer scene is better than Phoenix. Lol
