I recently purchased a can seamer and am excited to get canning my home brew. I purchased it from Oktober Design (terrific company) but they are out of 19.2 oz cans. That got me thinking that my only source for cans in a reasonable amount was Oktober. Numerous searches have shown that all other suppliers require a pallet full (2,000+ at a time). Other than getting the brew club together for a bulk order anybody know of any other places to buy cans in home brewer numbers? I am willing to purchase number of <500 at a time but even that seems not available.
Thanks, I saw those… I’d really like to do 19.2 oz and the eBay site is crazy expensive ($1.50/can) and has a really bad rating. (60% positive). I’ll keep looking but thanks for the heads up.
Haven’t found any suppliers so far. My concern with home brew canning is that Oktober Design appears to be the only source for a home brewer to purchase cans.
I looked into it, got some tips from the Beerery and some other folks, here’s what I found. I ended up not going with it, it was a little too pricey for me at this point.
