temperature for in the bottles

Hi homebrewers,

I am very new to Homebrewing. I know during fermentation the temperature inside counts. When the beer is carbonating in the bottle should you be concerned with mainly ambient temperature. :-\

Room temp is ideal. A little warmer will carb faster, but will also speed staleing after carbonation. Once carbed you want to store in a cool temp stable place.

Thank you Steve from TX.

Unless your room temperature is unreasonably hot or cold it should be fine.

Don’t forget to convince the little woman that she doesn’t really need a coat closet…
