I think that when I renewed, the only option was to get the physical magazine, and I did get an issue or two, but then they stopped. Which is fine, because I’m OK with digital and saving trees. But I don’t think I’m getting emailed notifications that the new issue is available. Not sure if that process changed with the recent big transition.
Your team is here to help. Please call or email as members need to directly update their preferences/info or membership team can. They even answer the phone!
How about including polls or asking for feedback on certain brewing trends? You could also invite forum members to share their favorite recipes or brewing tips.
Hi James and love your thinking. We commonly do ask Forum readers for a ‘pulse’ and your right doing that more would be even better. Also for content please, please keep Zymurgy Magazine in mind and here is where to pitch stories and or submit recipes and photos of your brew daze. Rock on and good beers to you.
