The closest clone I have ever made / Jai Alai

After tweaking this on and off this year, this is darn near spot on. If you like Jai Alai and would like to brew it, feel confident, I have absorbed all the trial and error!  The final tweak (advised by one of their brewers at Oscar Blues) was a 2:1 sulfate to chloride ratio. I also dry hopped for six days in the mid 50s. First time I didnt get a vegetal flavor too.

Chas,

This looks very good.  I’d like to brew it but have a question about the malt bill. Did you use all US malts? Which brand?

I love brewing good clone recipes. Thank you so much for sharing the results of your hard work and sparing us the trial and error.

Phil

Hey, so sorry for the delay!

I used all American malts. I have used Canadian 2 row before. Both work great.

I have a few other dialed in IPA recipes if interested. Sculpin, Tropicalia, Jade
