I also missed the capper question.  What’s a colonna capper?  Or a french floor corker?

Collonna is the red and white plastic capper/corker. They are pretty nice considering they are plastic and dual purpose.

I think a French corker is for champagne, the Italian is for belgians.  Makes total sense.

My limited understanding is that the champagne corker runs a scratch down the side of Belgian corks which makes them leak off co2

Missed the capper question on the hard section, too. Never realized there were so many different styles. Oh well, I’m a kegger anyway.
