I cleared up my blonde ale and carbed it up. It is a very clean but kind of bland. My water profile was " yellow balanced ". I want more flavour. Do I just use more hops and some specialty malts, or try another water profile. I am new to this, so I don’t know what any other water profile to choose. I am going to make a Pilsner soon and want to to be hoppy and malty. Other than this very minor problem, Bru’n Water is a great program and I should of used it a long time ago. Thanks Martin.
