I’d love to learn/read more when you get started.
That’s a thought. I’ll put stuff on my personal site as it comes to me, and once I’ve been at it long enough to make mistakes I’ll definitely share those. But if I put everything online I won’t be able to write a book about how to become a pro brewer - which I’m pretty sure is the best way to make money as a pro brewer. ;D
Thought about it! I figured compared to what it costs to check a bag, they probably wouldn’t care all that much about my beer. From now on, the only concern is how well I can brew their beer.
