i met up with them when they opened, was it 3-4 years ago? can’t remember. the owner gave me his recipe for the spearbeer and 11th hour ipa. real nice guy. last year they opened up a new brewery right across the driveway from the old one, really cool place.last year i took my clone up and we had a side by side tasting with his.i tried to buy the old 3 bbl system from him but he is going to use it for pilot batches, dammit. hey jarod next time i’m heading that way hop in the back seat and come with me.
