I really enjoyed the beer legends site with all the hop types analyses. They have some really interesting breeding history information there and types of hops I have never heard of… e.g. southafrican Outeniqua!
Although they say that Zeus is genetically different than Columbus or Tomahawk??? I thought it was settled that they were identical? No wonder my bad of Zeus smells like onions this year.
