Why did you begin home brewing?  I was lost in a boat in the middle of the Okeefenokee Swamp with a case of friend’s homebrew (half gone by that time) - and I didn’t care if we were found.

Because it interested me, and it interested me because: I like beer, cooking, making things that taste good, and a challenge; homebrewing caters to all of these.

    Lots, but my primary goal is to be able to brew any beer that I can conceive - to accurately translate a mental picture of the beer and its characteristics into a recipe and final product.

8. Why did you begin home brewing? Was given a can and kilo kit as a birthday gift a long time ago.  I had a fun time making rather awful beer.  Eventually, I learned you could have a fun time making good beer too.
