I was given a couple bottles of agave nectar. I want to use it in an upcoming batch of wheat. Is there a way to calculate how many gravity points I’ll be contributing by adding the nectar to my brew?
Thanks in advance!

Remember you got to read everything. Everything. :
What, isn’t that a rule? ;D

100% blue agave nectar ferments an excellent wash for tequila.
Thanks, Tom. I searched prior to posting and didnt see anything come up specifically about agave. In truth, I saw the syrup thread but because the word agave didnt jump out at me, I skipped it. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction. Not trying to clutter up the boards…just trying to get some answers.
I’m just poking you anyway, no worries.
I’ve noticed that the search function doesn’t always pull up everything, for instance it will sometimes pull up a post with the keywords in a quoted portion, but somehow miss the original post with all of the same keywords.
When I searched for Ant’s post on English running beer the other day, his post didn’t (and doesn’t) come up, but one where senorpantalones quoted Ant’s post is in the list. Just forum weirdness
