AHA Conference Registration Opens Feb 1

The moment you’ve been waiting for is near! Registration for the 2012 AHA National Homebrewers Conference opens Wednesday, February 1, 2012 at 10 am MT. Get your registration in soon. This conference will likely sell out quickly!

For more information about the upcoming conference, visit www.AHAconference.org.

At 10am MT we’ll release more information about the official conference hotel, access to room reservations at the AHA’s discounted rate and, of course, AHA Conference registration.

See you in June!

Hotel is open!

Booked it!

Anyone else having an issue where the price of the conference is showing up as $1,000?

I booked the hotel but no matter how I try the book the conference on the AHA webiste I get this error:

“There are one or more errors with your registration and it cannot be saved to the cart at this time. Please review your selections and then add the registration to the cart”

I have tried the full package and the social package options - same error.

Hotel and conference booked.  Obviously the servers are overloaded but it will eventually go through.

It felt like I was trying to get Buffett tickets.

You have to make sure you check the “No Guest” option if you are not registering a guest…took me 5 minutes to figure that one out.

Holy Cats! Thanks for the reminder.  :-[

Was using a non-member account, got it worked out and registered.

Thanks, that did it (it is a strange thing to have to check).

Buffet tickets hell, more like a Led Zepplin reunion tour !

Hotel and Conference booked. Now, they just have to let me come home from Afghanistan in time to go. I missed last year’s NHC because of this freakin’ deployment !  >:(

Done.

thank you for the reminder.
Got my hotel, but am trying to figure out who is going with me before I sign up for the actual conference.

I don’t suppose someone in the know could give periodic updates here as to ticket sales?
Sort of like GABF:  “— is 68% sold out”

can’t wait!!!
cheers–

It’s selling fast.  I wouldn’t wait to register.  If it’s not already 50%, I imagine it will be before too long.

The Rankerts are registered for the conf.

And hotel.

Plane tickets are next,  might cash in some mile for this.

Don’t forget that the weekend BEFORE the conference is the Washington Brewers Festival - it’s worth it if you want to make a week out of the trip!

So what you’re saying is that some folks won’t make it to the conference and I can expect empty rooms?

I’m just hoping that it doesn’t sell out before the 7th. No way I can pay for this and Burning Man tickets in the same month.

I would love to make it out for this event, but I would need to pony up a few more hotel nights.  :-\

Yeah, sorry, Casa Del Schmidlin is booked!

I just tried to book a room at either hotel.  Both hotels are sold out.  Holy cow!  Sold out in 14 hours.  How many rooms did they set aside, 3?  I’m not going to fly all that way to stay in an off-site hotel.

Guess I’ll be going to Boy Scout summer camp after all.  They want me to be the Homebrewing merit badge counselor.
