Today, because of health issues over the last couple months, I had to take Soileau’s Kei Gogi Wetzel to the vet for the last time. She was with me for my first brew session in 1998, but unfortunately, she won’t be with me for any more.
She was the typical pit bull- strong, smart, loyal, friendly to people and dogs, and the best foot warmer in bed during the winter months.
Dammit, Paul. I’m so sorry. Me and the gang are about to go for a walk, but when we get back, we’ll all have a sip (me more than that) in Soileau’s Kei Gogi Wetzel’s honour. My condolences.
I will raise a pint in Soileau’s Kei Gogi Wetzel’s honor. Sorry to hear about your loss. It’s an extremely difficult thing to do but in many cases is “the best option”. I’d much rather opt for it as opposed to prolonged pain and suffering.
sorry to hear this. I raised my tumbler of bourbon to Soileau’s Kei Gogi Wetzel and the memories she leaves behind. Rest easy sweet girl, I am sure you were very loved. Paul, it’s gonna be a tough week bud but try to keep your chin up, she doesn’t want you to be sad.
I’m so sorry Paul. It’s been two minths since I lost Porkchop. I really feel your pain. You and your family are in my thoughts. Raising a pint of Hefe right now.
So sorry to hear about your pup Paul. It’s just never easy, even if you know it’s the best thing for them. I’ll hoist a pint in her honor tonight. :( Cheers!!!
