Has anyone used the Auber SYL-4352P programmable PID temperature controller with Ramp/Soak to control a RIMS system? It looks like you could program it for a multi-step mash and it would ramp through the temperatures.
I looked at it, but it didn’t seem easy to modify the program. I guess if you are only modifying one value it would be good, but beyond that it wouldn’t be fun.
Download the manual and see if it is something you wouldn’t mind fiddling with.
