Interstellar, Leroy and Lewis, and LA Barbeque are getting the buzz. Terry Blacks is good too, as are several others. I’ve been to Franklin 2 times, it was great then, but haven’t been since pre-covid.

A must visit is Bad Astronaut Brewing, (Given Houston’s Space history), just a short distance from St Arnold’s.
If you’re going to Austin, you have to visit the Congress Street Bridge at dusk. It’s a fascinating experience. Google it.
That’s an impressive walk about in the States.
Not on your list though consider Asheville NC (yes they were pummeled by the hurricane but are coming back). Sierra Nevada in that area.
While in Denver, drive up to Fort Collins for Odell Brewing - they have locations in Denver too.
Finally, if you have a layover at Minneapolis St. Paul (MSP), I recommend Surly (Furious IPA) in particular.
