Made a donation for the brun water spreadsheet last week as I needed a few of the features not available on the free version. Anyone know if there is currently a delay in getting the supporter version of the brun water spreadsheet ? I know from the faq on the website that it says a day or so but has been over a week.

I had issues getting the supporter version but it wasn’t Martin’s fault. Turned out that my provider (Xfinity) wasn’t allowing the file to come through, I ended up giving him my Gmail account and all worked well.
I recall something similar….like the file extension had to get changed in order for it to come through.
I have checked my spam folder in Gmail but nothing there. I have sent him a PM.

Gmail certainly sucks! That file was sent to the OP on June 30. Get a better email provider. Think of how many other important messages you’re not getting!
