This morning used burner for the first time, also first time brewing outdoors
Hit strike temp in about 10 min. This burner can put out some serious flames,
had to throttle it back a bit.

This looks like an amazing burner. However, I don’t care for the fact that the air intake cannot be locked in. I don’t understand that logic. Every burner I have worked has screws that lock in once the air / gas balance is achieved.
So, needless to say, adjust the air intake for a perfect blue flame with ZERO yellow tips and hope it stays there, particularly if you choose to use the burner indoors. Just a safety tip.
The air intake is very stiff and hard to move.
I think once set it’s not moving.
Set the blue flame per instructions, flame adjustment is easy.
