I was thinking the same thing. Mercenary rule # 1 Do NOT eff with the Americans.
These things never seem to stay air only operations for very long.
Maybe the rest of the world will put the boots on the ground this time. Instead of gladly signing contracts for mineral rights and industrial sales while stating they don’t have the support of their people to be able to contribute troops.
