I saw this the other day and thought “Hey, that looks like a cider press - just add your own cheeses”. Over the weekend it was on sale for $149. Alas, I didn’t buy it. I really don’t have room in my garage.
It might be just a tad more force than you need for cheese. Apples wouldn’t stand a chance.
