Way to clear white IPA. Not sure where I went wrong. Tasty as can be.
hmm. looks tasty anyway!
I mean, long gone, unfortunately
The picture was taken a couple months after kegging, but I also used gelatin during cold lagering.
The top beer is a hoppy pilsner that I just tapped. That beer exceeded my expectations. The bottom is my Good Morning Stout. This is the best beer that I brew. I know it’s not clear, but it’s still gorgeous!
Both look tasty !
Pilsner with crystal hops (cleared with gelatin)
Enjoying a Kolsch from last fall. Looking for spring to come.

LMAO…ahahahahah ;D
My switchback ale clone approximation based on BYP recipe. Clearest beer I have made to date. Not 100% sure the pic does it justice
Let’s dig up an old thread…again!
This is my Barleywine that was brewed and kegged about a year ago. It was originally put on tap in October, but was taken off for the holidays. We put it back on tap last month. The keg is very light and is about kicked. Here are a couple pics taken today. It’s as good as it looks!
