Maybe the atmosphere is biasing my appraisal, but this beer is better than a theme-park beer has any right to be.
Golden yellow & clear with a tight white head.
Floral & fruity nose.
Crisp and floral with a strong peppery phenolic backbone. Dry without being overly thin.
