What do they dry hop this with? Sam says on their website that it’s dry hopped, but the clone recipe in Zymurgy only uses Warrior at 60 min and Vanguard at flame out.
Sam’s book doesn’t mention a dry hop for the recipe, but the website says similar to the 60 and 90 minute IPA. The 60 minute IPA recipe is in the book and says 1oz. Amarillo, 1/2oz Simcoe. So, maybe try that?
