I decided to brew again and I am grateful to be here! I am looking for some wild yeast culture. Does anyone have some they can part from? I’ve had plenty of different kinds of package yeast, I want an alive wild culture. If anyone has some or can show me how to catch them I would be really grateful. In North Texas.
