Electric control panel

I have been building an all electric brewery, and at this stage the control cabinet is wired up, so I thought I would give people a peek at what it looks like http://youtu.be/42LIz4KQQYM

I like what you have done. i have an electric kettle (not an entire brewery) i have thought of adding temp controls, automation etc, but so far since i do small batches in a 4gallon kettle i have only needed a 1500 watt element. i don’t even need any pwm, ssr, temp control etc. only control is the plug.  it boils well but not so vigorous that i need to limit it.  when i first built it i had spent a lot of time planning the electronics, now i am not sure i will add any.

I like blinky.

Nice setup.  It reminds of all the stuff I learned in electronics tech school and have long since forgotten.  :-\

I have come across a slight issue with the SESTOS temp PID’s. From the documentation provided it is not clear on how the alarms are setup. Has anyone had luck in configuring the alarms?

I like the brewery schematics on the front. Did you have to send it somewhere to get that done?

Very well thought out! I like the schamatics on the box and seperated switches. Extremely cool!

excellent piece of equipment you got there

I am always incredibly impressed with projects like this.  Well done!

Very inspiring!  The pump tidbit is a great find, thank you.

That is such a nice build. Professional, clean and just plain sexy. Kudos for sure!

i watched your videos its even more epic then the pictures to see it actually work

Very Cool, Did you make any more progress on the brewery? id love an update.
