Sweet. Ya, I’m stoked. I have been doing my starters in mini fermentor. Little one gallon bucket with a airlock. Usually with 3 qts of 1.030. Now I’ll be relearning this process. Hopefully my 2000ml flasks will be large enough to build the yeast I’ll need.
