Personally I really like Centennial/Cascade combos. I use this combo often in my IPA’s. 8)
One hopping schedule I’ve found I really like is FWH of an ounce of Columbus at 60-90minutes, then at 10 minutes left add 1.25oz to 1.5oz of Cascade/Centennial, and the same at 5 minutes left. Kind of a hop bursting thing.
