I don’t think that FG number is all that high for your recipe either. Your yeast is done. i bet after you carb it up it will taste great. Now you know how to reformulate your recipe and process for next time you brew this one.

+1  In the end, FG is just a number…

+2.  A lot more important is what it tastes like. In spite of all the obsessing we do over numbers, we don’t drink them. At least I don’t.

That makes at least 2 of us!

Hmmm. That’s pretty much how I feel about clarity and color, in the dark I can’t taste the difference.
