You do know the “secondary” is not really necessary, don’t you?

For these type of beers you can just leave it in the “primary” until its finished without any effects. Saves you some time and trouble and lowers the risk of extra handling.

I did not know that but had a feeling about it. The men at the LHB shop let me know that transfering it to a secondary help have a cleaner beer (no floaters in it).

Proper aging and racking will keep away the floaters
