I’ve got a morebeer tippy dump all setup for when I resume brewing, but kept the old top tier for steaming crabs…
If it doesn’t sell I was thinking Low Country Boil (I used to live in Savannah).
I tried making a low country boil last year. Even though are shrimp aren’t as fresh as they are down by the Gulf, it still turned out awesome.
Still adamant that blue crabs should never be boiled though, washes out too much of the crab flavor…but I may concede the point on shrimp.
