Found a box of ingredients

I forgot I had ordered some stuff to make another batch of beer, and am thinking of what I can do with this stuff.  I do have some left ingredients as well to add.  So, with that being said, here is what I have:

10lbs Xtra pale 2 row
1lb of White Wheat Malt
1lb Cara 40l
1lb of Cara 20l
8oz Carapils

Hops: (all pellet)

4oz Cascade
2oz Columbus
1oz Chinook
Small vacuum bags of Apollo and Amarillo, probably about 1/4 ounce of each

I also have 2 packets of Bry97 dry yeast

I am thinking mashing the grains in 152 degree water for about 60 mins,

Hop schedule:

1oz Chinook at 60
1.5oz Cascade at 30
1ox Columbus at 15
1oz Cascade Hopstand for 20 mins
1.5oz Cascade and 1oz Columbus dry hop for 3 to 5 days after fermentation has slowed.

I figure what the heck, I have the ingredients to try.  If it is way out of bounds please say so.  The ingredients are all in sealed packages, so they are not going to go bad for a while I don’t think.

The number is in Brewfather:
OG is 1.053
FG is 1.012
ABV 5.4
IBU 91

Might be a decent beer. Thoughts?

I’d use the Pale, wheat, and a portion of the 40 to make an Am Pale Ale.

It sounds like you are considering using all those ingredients in one batch, if so that is way too much cara malt and the wheat malt will be lost.

Design/find a recipe that uses some/many/all of these ingredients; follow it; store the remaining ingredients until you need them for another recipe.

Cool.  Thanks.  I will see what I can find for percentages.  Does the hop schedule look ok?

Honestly, I was not sure.  I just threw it out there to see what people thought and any suggestions.  I think my intention with this box was to try and create a Racer 5 similar beer using all grain.  I might still try that, as I have a recipe saved in Brewfather.  Thanks for the input though, I really do appreciate any and all info and input.  RR
