Freezer Cleaning Recipe-style classification

…So I have had a bunch of grains and hops I over purchased quite a while ago so I decided I would just brew with what I had, but then afterward I couldn’t figure what style it would be classified as so I need some help. Here is the recipe:

6.5 lbs Rahr 2 row
3.5 lbs Maris Otter
.5 lb  Brown Malt
like an oz and a half Crystal 60( I couldn’t just throw it away)

Single infusion mash no mash out 150 degrees

60 Min Boil

1oz Cluster 45min 7.7AA
1oz Cluster 15min 7.6AA

US-05 yeast

What you have there is the ubiquitous “American Ale”. I don’t think it will end up cleanly fitting in a style, but it will be a tasty pint.

I always call them “Frankenbeers”.

Why worry about style classification? It’s your beer, call it Lilly Langtree Ale or whatever you want, style enforcers be damned. I call it beer stew cuz like stew it’s made from all the leftovers.
