I will be going to a 1BBL system soon, a precursor to going commercial, in the course of ramping up to that i need some advice on a program or insite on how to ramp up the hops since pro-mash does fine with the grain i dont think locking the recipe and then ramping to 35-38 gallons works on hop additions, seems like way to much hops? true or not? any ideas or ?
I have ramped up recipes from 5 gallons to 110 gallons with pro-mash and the hop amounts came out just fine.
