Looks like about 6500 for beer fora, maybe 7500 if you throw in everything else.
At one minute per post, that’s 4.5 DAYS. :-\

I’m relatively recent to the beer forum scene so well under 2500 all told for that. But in all of WWW-dom somewhere between 5000-10000.
It’s not quantity, it’s quality!
All of my posts everywhere are quality. Except this one. And maybe a few others here and there.
No, quantity doesn’t prove anything - other than maybe you’re on the internet WAY too much. What really made me post this was Mr.Postaholic himself (you know who you are ) saying he was over on another board where major was popping some news about the brewery. Just thought to myself how many freakin’ posts can a guy have?!?
It’s like the “how much do you drink” threads. I can’t possibly be an alcoholic because I don’t drink 12 pints a night like those other guys on the forum do. So now that I’ve justified things to my mind; I can carry on as before.
I’ve got a life and a busy job. Some how I still find time to brew, drink it all and post like a madman on various forums.
Probably the lack of children allows me this freedom…
I quit posting at Tasty Brew (is it even around anymore?)
I have 4000+ posts over at BeerAdvocate (80-90% of which is homebrew, I don’t get into the other bullshit)
And, I have just gotten started here.

I personally don’t care about my post count. I really only post when I have something I feel worth of contributing. I don’t just post for the sake of posting.

2500 and under for me. There is only this forum and the last beer forum I went too. I went to a reptile forum for a little while, that was just painfully boring. And a brain cancer forum, that was a pretty tough time.
Been on some cooking forums.and some for my trade, never posted on those much.
Home brewing forums are the best. Lots of do it your selfers. Not the TV watching kinda folks.
Never really counted. Several thousand or so all told but who really cares.
