Best? Micromatic. Also likely the most expensive.
What do I use? My local homebrew shop. Apex will order anything I want, whenever I want. Good to support the local guys.

I would second the LHBS as a great place to find what you need. Beyond that, I source things from a number of places online, there is no one supplier I rely on for everything.
For brew supplies in general I give my LHBS first shot. If they can’t get it, don’t know what it is, or priced way too high, or Crap quality, then I tell them what I need and will pay for it. If they can’t do it I go on line. But 90% of the time they get my biz. Also they take my orders by email and have the stuff we agreed to within a week. I’m happy with the arraignment and they seem happy to take my money.
They are two homebrewers with full time day jobs who have been open almost two years and have not drawn a paycheck yet. Pretty impressive

Foxx equipment is pretty good.

I do like CO2 regulators and keg couplers from Micromatic thou.
May be your LHBS can order from Foxx Equipment.
And get SS stuff only.
It is more expensive but worth it in my opinion.
I just completed my bar and bought supplies from Micromatic, Kegworks and Northern Brewer. I had good a good experience with all of them.
If you live in or near a large city you may have access to a business that performs auctions for restaurants who have closed or are selling off excess equipment. I think restaurantbid.com hosts auctions is most urban areas. I’ve perused the auctions from time to time and there’s anything from bar mats to nearly full bars. Lots of coolers and freezers. Sometimes CO2 tanks show up.
You could also look at where/how your local sheriff’s department handles auction/sales for foreclosures and judgment sales. You may find restaurants that have closed down liquidating their equipment that way as well.
