As soon as I get home from work I will be tapping my freshly carbonated, dry hopped in the keg GONZO IPA and I can’t wait!
Sounds awesome! I just bottled a hopped-up IPA yesterday. Can’t wait for it to condition. Dry hopped with lots of Mosaic. Enjoy.

Bought some more Victory Dirt Wolf, since it’s killer and fresh. Wish I had one of my IPAs on tap. Need to remedy that soon.

I just finished my brew day brewing an IPA. I didn’t know it was IPA Day this morning when I started, so that is very cool!
I’ll definitely expect my next brew day to be Stout Day.

My homebrew stock has been run down for the summer so I’m hitting my commercial supply. Alas, that doesn’t include any IPA. Really enjoying some DFH Noble Rot right now, though.
Steve—maybe you can name it Celebration Day IPA.
I checked out a new place in Merrimack, NH called Able Ebenezer and had their Smoked IPA (along with their other offerings). Nice hint of smoked, not overpowering.
Believe it or not, Rye IPA.
Thanks for the tip, DarkSide. We live in the Boston area, and are big fans of visiting local craft breweries. We’ll have to check this one out. From looking at their website, it appears they’re growing really fast too.
