I used it last year. It’s one of the Hoegaarden yeast variants. Leans more towards softer phenolics. If you like the yeast profile of Hoegaarden then it’s a good choice.
perfect yeast for the style, ferment around 68 degrees.
I kept reading about slow fermentation, I’m down to 1.010 on day 3. Granted the yeast manufacture date was 6/20/22, maybe why I had such fast results.
