Very nice! What’s the dual dials/probes for on the mash tun… accuracy?
Very Nice. Where did you get the chiller or did you make it yourself?
Only fault I see is the name. That is an awesome build!
Great work.
I installed two thermometers to watch temperature stratification. You would be surprised how much the temp differs from top to bottom in the mash. The recirculation the HERMS offers helps to even it out.
Bought it. A bunch of suppliers carry them. I thought about a plate chiller instead but there are so many chances for grains and other junk to get stuck in them that I stayed away from them. The chiller I have does work very well.
I’m working on a brew cart over the winter, and will “borrow” your adjustable-height burner design. I bet those bins are handy, too! I presume you do hot CIP with something like PBW or OxyClean?
Awesome. This is exactly what I want. No flexible/plastic tubing and lots of options for running wort and liquor around.
Very BEASTLY indeed, sweet!
+1
Very nice indeed! It looks like you’re only using one pump?
